About Us - Harrington Court Apartments
Harrington Court Apartments, situated in South Kensington, central London and just 1 minute from South Kensington underground station is a superb collection of 47 recently refurbished apartments of various sizes in this wonderful chic location.
Harrington Court Apartments occupy a one Victorian building with apartments on the first floor and upwards only. The Ground floor is taken with a number of shops, restaurants and an internet cafe. The building was contructed as apartments in Victorian times for residential use and was acquired by Taba Limited - a part of the Taba Group operating primarily in the Middle East - in 2004. Immediately on acquisition, the building was closed down so that a major refurbsihment could be planned and undertaken.
Each floor of the building was carefully planned and laid out in a way to create completely new apartments designed for urban living for both short stay and long stay guests with a range of Apartments from Studios to One Bedroom Apartments, to Two Bedroom Apartments and just 2 Three Bedroom Apartments. The owners were determined to provide very generous living space in each apartment rather than to maximise the overall number of apartments.
Essentially, the apartments were completely re-built on this inside of the building, with a lot of thought given to access to floors - for which two large lifts serving all floors were provided - wide corrdiors, sound proofing for each apartment and much more. The design team selected a chic, contemporary modern style, which has been used throughout the apartments along with carefully selected, high quality furnishings - much of them bought from many of London's top stores - to ensure a bright, lively environment within each apartment.
Harrington Court Apartments were opened in December 2006 and have grown rapidly in popularity based on both the high standard of the apartments and the superbly central London location.
