Q. What are Check In and Check Out times ?
A. Check in is from 2.00 p.m. and we ask guests to vacate apartments by 11.00 a.m. on their day of departure. You can leave luggage securely with Reception on arrival or departure before or after these times.
Q. Can I Check in Early ?
A. If you tell us before arrival that you are arriving early, we will always do our utmost to provide an apartment for you earlier than 2.00 p.m. This cannot be guaranteed because we cannot be certain at what times previous guests will leave. If you need, for example, certainty of an apartment being ready for you on arrival after a long flight at 8.00 a.m. then we strongly recommend reserving that apartment from the previous night and notifying us by e-mail that you will arrive the next morning.
Q. Can I Check Out Late ?
A. Again, we are as flexible as we can be. Please liaise with Reception on arrival about a late check out, which may be subject to an additional charge if the departure time means we are unable to clean and re-let the apartment later in the day.
Q. How do I arrange Check In ?
A. You do not need to worry - at Harrington Court Apartments Reception operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Checking in is exactly like checking in to a hotel. Your electronic keys will be created when you complete the registration and, normally, settle for your stay with us.
Q. Do you provide Linen and Towels ?
A. Absolutely. Harrington Court Apartments are fully serviced apartments properly provided for your stay with us.
Q. Do you operate a Transfer Servce from London's Airports ?
A. We do not do this ourselves as there are several very good companies who specialise in exactly this. If you e-mail us, we recommend contacting Hyde Park Cars on firstname.lastname@example.org who provide a good service. Please mention that you will be a guest at Harrington Court Apartments as they may have a special rate for our guests.
Q. How often are apartments cleaned ?
A. We have a Daily Housekeeping service for all short stay apartments. Towels are changed as necessary and linen is changed every 2-3 days, depending on length of stay and need. Please help us to minimise impact on the environment by washing your towels only when necessary.
Q. Do you provide Hairdryers ?
A. Yes we do - in all apartments. Please also refer to the page 'Serviced Apartments' and then your choice of apartment type to see all of the amenities provided.
Q. How big is my Apartment ?
A. We have to be careful about guaranteeing very specific apartment sizes - Harrington Court Apartments is a completely refurbished late Victorian building and, as a result, apartment shapes, layout and exact size vary from one apartment to another.
